The PLAY Program is designed for individuals and families who are working with low incomes, on BC Benefits and/or the gross family income does not exceed the amounts shown on the application form. Applicants must meet annual income requirements outlined on the application form. The signed form is the statement of annual earnings.  Random checks will be done to verify statements.
