To provide support and services to persons between the ages of 12 and 25 years of age who provide primary care to a family member(s) that have physical/mental disabilities, addiction(s) or is responsible for family members due to the absence(s) of a parent or parents.Programs & Services
The providing of emotional support and guidance as well as opening doors to professional services that are accessible due to the age of the caregiver. These can include access to professionals that can answer questions about medications, side effects, the disease of disability, training in lifting/moving persons, giving injections, running a dialysis machine or any other needs you may require. Support is also available when the client is in conflict with family, etc.
(This is an independent program of the Community Justice Centre and is not part of any agency, ministry educational or government programs. It stands by itself to maintain confidentiality. There is no intake process, permanent files, or sharing of information that the client has not given consent to.)

- Youth Probation staff work as Officers of the Court with young people aged 12-17 who have broken the law, and work with families and local resources to hold young offenders accountable and promote non-offending behaviour. They have access to Court-ordered assessment, counselling, work/activity and residential programming at the local and provincial level, and work closely with helping agencies and all aspects of the youth justice system.
