To work at hatchery sites near Sayward - daily commute - not live in.

Required Skills The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team situation, be able to talk, laugh and count at the same time, and have pride in completing duties to exacting standards. Due to the nature of the business attendance is very important. Candidates are required to have reliable transportation to the car pool sites in campbell river. Training will be provided prior to start of employment. Information staff is expected to learn includes: fish physiology, hatchery protocols, equipment maintenance and operation, and vaccination procedures.

In addition to being able to learn the above information required skills include: 
- The ability to stand in one place for a full shift
- The ability to complete repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements
- The ability to multitask
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Pride in task completion
- The ability to work well in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous fish vaccinating experience or fin clipping
- First Aid
- Level 1 Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
