The Administrative Assistant - Fitness, Sports and Recreation assists with the organization of administration support for the Fitness, Sports and Recreation (FS&R) facility. She/he keys in, edits, proofreads and finalizes correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations or other documents. She/he provides reception services and general information to clients. The Administrative Assistant - Fitness, Sports and Recreation receives, secures, and deposits cash. She/he performs bookkeeping tasks such as preparing and tracking invoices, bank deposits, and processes public accounts.
Qualifications: College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Recreation Management or a related field AND some years of experience in business administration, or a related field. OR High school diploma AND some experience or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
