Hakai Energy Solutions is a renewable energy integrator and general electrical contractor located in the Comox Valley. We seek a qualified, service oriented professional to assist in the management and organization of a growing company. Responsibilities will include the following: Customer Engagement- Interface between clients and other office staff and field installers. Logistics and Scheduling - Positioning of up to 15 team members at local and remote locations. Create bookings with airlines, water taxi and barging services. Procurement - create PO's, track and receive shipments, monitor inventory Fleet management - monitor service periods and schedule service maintenance for 6+ company vehicles
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Some renewable energy, electrical or trade experience considered an asset but not a strict requirement. This position reports to the CEO of the company. Competitive wage is negotiable. Health benefits package included.
