Healthcare Office Administrator/Receptionist

Wage: $16.00-18.00 per hour to start dependent on experience
Hours: 32 hours per week (would consider 3 days/24 hours per week if preferred)

All duties related to patient scheduling and booking, invoicing and answering questions. Maintenance of patient files and accounts. Filing, collecting and expediting third-party claims. Managing accounts payable and receivable. Helping clients with retail sales (bracing, footwear). General office duties such as light cleaning and exam room preparation. Report writing as directed by practitioner. Maintaining appropriate stock levels of product, office supplies etc.

This position requires someone who can work independently and take initiative to solve problems. You must enjoy working with the public and be comfortable dealing with all demographics along with assisting those with disabilities. MOA training is helpful but not required. Previous office experience and/or retail sales is essential.
