Duties: Courtenay Appliances is looking for a professional individual with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude to be responsible for identifying and assessing of customer needs.
Requirements: Requirements: -Previous Customer Service experience -Computer skills -Problem solving ability -Strong work ethic Candidates must be able to : -Be proactive, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Follow communication procedures and guidelines - Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries such as reporting customer issues, relaying messages, resolving customer complaints and trouble shooting -Participate in departmental activities as assigned - Implement cross departmental communications. - Maintain a professional environment on the sales floor, when answering the phone, general greeting and customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers - Maintain the company’s business standard to your role - Operate point of sale terminals and handle all types of transactions as required - Distribute and manage emails - Assist in damaged and malfunctioning product claims, shipping requests and paperwork - Help build and maintain positive relations within the team
