Duties: • Carpenter or equivalent status in a construction trade that is relevant to building maintenance procedures. • Minimum 3 years of related work experience. • Working knowledge of current building codes an asset. • General understanding of heating/cooling and electrical systems an asset. • Trouble shooting abilities an asset. • Good communications skills. • Ability to work as a team member with various MWAR departments. • Knowledge of current Work Safe BC policies/procedures and regulations. • WHMIS training. • Valid drivers license.

Requirements: Experience in one or more trades (carpentry, plumbing, refrigeration, etc) is preferred
