Hours: 18-22 to start
Duties: -Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, inquiries, etc.), -Financial transactions with clients, -File preparation and maintenance (updating records and database), -Scheduling for practitioners, -Formatting and editing reports, -Light office cleaning.
Requirements: A successful candidate has a compassionate temperament, understands and adheres to strict confidentiality principals, has impeccable tact, can present a clean criminal record, and can maintain their composure and sense of humour during stressful situations. Experience with online billing systems and Mac/Apple systems are an asset but not required.
