Employment insights needed now and for the future
2023 Employment Engagement Project
The Creative Employment Access Society (CEAS) has served the Comox Valley for over 34 years, with the main goal of understanding the needs of employers and employees and then meeting those needs. CEAS is currently working on developing a five-year strategy which will outline the key activities CEAS will take to help employers and employees in the job market. If you’re an employer or a job-seeker, we value your insights, perspectives, and experiences to help make sure our strategy will meet the current and future needs of the Comox Valley.
See the complete list of CEAS programs and services here.
Engagement – how it works
To better understand the employment needs, barriers and employment outlook in the Comox Valley, CEAS invites job seekers, employees, employers, and local community service organizations to provide their input on the CEAS strategy.
