Have you been out of work? You don’t know what to do or where to go for help? Are you feeling pretty discouraged? Then this workshop is for you! This course is for people who may felt anxious and/or isolated and need connection. It will also provide many fun ways to develop life skills, re-motivate, build resiliency, while creating a supportive, community atmosphere. It utilizes many methods to engage participants – metaphors are a primary tool, music, visual analogies, games, journaling, homework, art, group activities and discussions are all part of this exciting course. Mostly, this is a course about building supports from within yourself and your community; where people can participate as much or as little as they feel comfortable doing, while remaining in an accepting, caring atmosphere.
