We are currently looking for Truck Loaders to join our Comox Valley Curbside Collection Team to help keep our communities clean. What\'s in it for you? GUARANTEED 40 HOURS per week. Shuttle to/from our work place if you don’t have a car. What will your day look like? Collection of garbage/recycling/yard-waste from residential homes, businesses and other facilities. Working as a Team with the Driver to get the route completed Load curbside materials into the truck Work safely in accordance with WorkSafeBC and company policies Pick up refuse in other areas as required Dispose of curbside collections according to set policies and procedures What do we need from you? Safety minded approach to the daily tasks Ability to work outdoors and safely lift up to 50lbs Customer service and public interaction skills – written and verbal Ability to pass a criminal record check and drug/alcohol test Reliability, dedicated and team minded Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements: Overtime pay Benefits: 1.5x pay if working after 8 hours in a day. 2x pay if working over 12 hours per day Dental care Extended health care Flexible schedule On-site parking
