Duties: Friendly. Approachable. Empathetic. Engaging. As a Wildflower sales associate, you ensure that everyone who enters our shop has a friendly joyful experience. You are in charge of welcoming our guests and making them feel welcome, assisted, and excited about the products and upcoming workshops we have to offer. You engage them in conversations and introduce them to our products, ensuring they leave happy and satisfied. Participate in store (and display window) styling and photo shoots Pack and label Online orders Help with floral arranging during Seasonal months Use your creativity! Make suggestions for products or brands to carry, workshops to host, Display ideas etc Welcome customers and help them find the right products Find and complete tasks to help keep the shop looking its best. Unpack and tag new inventory Keep stock closet organized and neat Ensure customers at check out are accurately added into the mailing list, including their name, phone number, & email address (and birthday month) Collaborate with the team to complete the store Opening/Closing tasks. helping plan and organize workshops Maintain knowledge of store inventory, sales or promotions and events. Maintain a visually enticing shop that is neat, clean and organized. Answer the phone as needed. Help clients or take messages

Requirements: - High School Diploma - Friendly Personality - Good Attention to Detail - Responsible - Reliable - Interest in flowers and interior design a bonus - Must be available Tuesday Thursdays 1-5 at a minimum. More days/hours available if desired
