Duties: LEARN HOW TO CREATE VIDEOS & GET PAID!
Youth Media Project is a program for community action through media involving 5 participants between the ages of 16 – 30. In this 13-week program, youth receive training in video production by making their own film that screens locally in the community. They also work with a network of community partners to create videos through work placements - highlighting community resources, and presenting ideas for community change.
PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE
-Full-time (30-34 hrs/wk) minimum wage paid training and employment (13 Weeks)
-Experience in video production, basics of graphic design & editing skills
-Consultations in career development
