Duties: Your duties may include:
Answering phones and greeting clients with a smile
Posting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Arranging meetings and events
Filing and scanning documents into our filing system
Managing general office matters including liaising with suppliers
Social Media tasks
General administration duties
Requirements: To fulfill this role you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, a great communicator and well presented. Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines are critical. You will need to have a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and not be afraid of learning other in house packages.
