Job Description: We are hiring motivated Apprentice Painters to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced painters to learn the trade, gaining practical skills and expertise needed for a successful career in painting and decorating. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, and priming. Learn and apply painting techniques and finishes with guidance from professionals. Maintain and handle painting tools and equipment. Mix and match paints to achieve desired colours and finishes. Prepare and protect work areas for a clean and safe environment. Assist with measuring and cutting materials as required. Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements: Qualifications: Strong interest in a career in painting and decorating. Excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn. Attention to detail with a good eye for colour and finish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and capability for manual labor. Reliable transportation to job sites. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
