WorkBC Wage Subsidy
The WorkBC Wage Subsidy program offers eligible new employees on-the-job training while also supporting employers with a portion of employee wages during the initial 24 weeks of employment.
To apply for the WorkBC Wage Subsidy program, employers are required to contact a WorkBC Centre before hiring a new employee. WorkBC is ready to help determine whether your business is eligible and will guide you through the application process.
Employers are encouraged to contact WorkBC early in the recruitment process.
