DESCRIPTION:This workshop series is designed for people who have been out of work and are discouraged. We provide fun ways to develop life skills and re motivate yourself while creating a supportive community atmosphere. \nThe program’s goal is to increase resilience. It transforms a person’s focus on today’s problems\, obstacles\, and personal weaknesses – into tomorrow’s opportunities and personal strengths.  The program encourages use of journaling\, active listening\, giving feedback\, effective reinforcement\, and engages multisensory tools to improve employment opportunities and personal responsibility. \n  \n
