Duties: All In One Party Shop is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our team in Comox as a Warehouse Assistant. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory control, ensuring that thousands of pieces of dishware, glassware, cutlery, and catering equipment are ready for events every week. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who thrives on speed and efficiency without sacrificing accuracy. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Pack, check, and verify high-volume rental orders for delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy. Inventory Management: Oversee shipping and receiving, restocking, and general maintenance of all rental inventory to keep our warehouse organized. Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers with loading and unloading rental equipment, providing a friendly and professional experience. Operational Support: Assist in other departments as needed, including the maintenance of tables and chairs, and the processing of returns (washing and sanitizing dishware/equipment). Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Requirements: Qualifications & Skills Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to keep track of inventory and manage tasks in a high-volume environment. Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is required to ensure orders are complete and correct. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to assist clients effectively. Physical Stamina: This is a physical job; you must be comfortable being on your feet for long periods and capable of performing heavy lifting as part of your daily duties. Team Player: Willingness to jump in and help across various departments as business needs evolve.
