Duties: Answer customer emails. Pick, pack and ship online orders, same day. Open and close the store, run the till, and serve customers on the floor. Tag, barcode and restock new stock. Other tasks as required

Requirements: Requirements Friendly, outgoing and genuinely good with people — you like starting conversations, you make customers feel welcome the moment they walk in, and you\''re happy talking about the products and the artists behind them. Warm in writing too, since customer emails are part of the job. Accurate with detail — the right size, colour and quantity, every time. Able to work independently from a written daily task list and keep a steady pace through a queue of orders. Comfortable with Shopify, email and Slack, or quick to pick them up. Able to lift and carry boxes of stock. Respect for Indigenous art and the communities we work with.
