Medical Reception/Patient Coordinator

Hours: 24-35/week
Duties: We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to join our physiotherapy clinic starting employment in mid June (training beginning in late May). The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. This role requires a candidate with strong multi-tasking, pleasant and engaging demeanor, energetic with strong administrative skills, and preferred familiarity with electronic medical records systems. Prior experience is preferred, but training is available. The Medical Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining efficient front desk operations, managing phone calls, booking and billing of clients as well as escorting patients to rooms, cleaning rooms/laundry.
Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum Preferred MOA training Proficient in computer systems (Mac based clinic operations) Excellent attention to detail Compliance with privacy legislation
