Kitchen Assistant / Prep Cook

Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Duties: - Assisting cooks with basic food prep (washing, chopping, peeling ingredients).
- Assisting with dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Keeping kitchen workspaces, storage areas, and walk-in coolers clean and organized.
- Managing garbage disposal and food waste in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and storing food supplies.
Requirements: - Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygienic practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a kitchen team.
