Duties: We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator/ Digital Technician to join our friendly team. This role combines patient communication, treatment planning, and digital denture fabrication support with digital scanning. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while leveraging their technical skills in dental technology and laboratory procedures. Responsibilities: -Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism -Assist in the digital denture processes using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, ensuring precise and efficient outcomes including impression scanning and model creation -Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret medical and dental terminology accurately for treatment planning -Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and laboratory procedures to ensure seamless communication and quality control -Educate patients on post-treatment care, digital workflows, and available options to enhance their understanding and satisfaction -Support the dental team with administrative tasks related to treatment coordination and digital technology implementation
