WorkBC Centre Courtenay Career Fair
Looking for a job can feel overwhelming, but WorkBC Centre Courtenay is here to help. The annual Career Fair is back and taking place on Thursday, October 17 from noon to 3 pm at the Florence Filberg Centre in downtown Courtenay. With over 25 employers in attendance, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with multiple industries, including tourism, healthcare, retail, non-profits and more.
The goal of the Career Fair is to bring together jobseekers and employers for an inclusive and accessible event. Come prepared with fresh copies of your resume and questions for the employers. And don’t worry if you’re not actively looking for a job – employers, business owners, and hiring managers are also welcome to attend. You’ll have the chance to meet other business owners and learn about WorkBC Centre Courtenay services such as wage subsidy and employer events.
