Duties: JOB DESCRPTION We are seeking a care-aid to work with an active professional physically disabled man. Previous experience not necessary. It is expected that, for the right person, this job will average 12-15 hours per week. Starting wage is $19 per hour and will increase to $20 per hour after the probationary period. The position offers variety on a daily basis, which includes some of the following areas of work-: • Approximately 10% personal care for an active, working physically disabled male. • Assistance with occasional site visits for work, which maybe local or out of town • Assisting with variety of admin and paperwork • Assisting with gym, swimming and workout routine • Assist with cooking, gardening etc. and miscellaneous errands and housework/cleaning. • Additional hours may be available to assist with a variety of tasks,

Requirements: Requirements • Typical start time 8.30 including occassional Saturdays and Sundays • You will require your own reliable transportation and live within the Comox Valley • Non-smoker who enjoys working with people and pets. • While previous care-aid experience is not required, a positive can-do attitude is.
